EXPERTISE

I’m Dene Dawson, co-owner of Delta Construction Services & Management. I’m a second-generation general contractor with over 30 years in the construction industry. My first job was sweeping floors on my father’s projects when I was 12 years old. My experience includes military, commercial, residential, and multi-family sectors in new construction and renovation projects, both large and small. I started Delta because I want to build more than just buildings – I want to build lasting relationships with clients through honest work, clear communication, and attention to detail. I take pride in being hands-on with every project, ensuring it’s done right and with care. Delta’s goal is to combine the flexibility and value of a small business with the sophistication of a much larger firm. I look forward to building something great together.
